Very good service from Mr Rahman yesterday at Greytown. Explained my treatment to me and I felt he had my best interests at heart. The practice is friendly and helpful.
Usually easy to get an appointment but annoying to have a different dentist every time you go. Seems they take on new grads for a year or so then they leave and some definitely better than others. But not easy to find an NHS dentist now

Always makes you feel welcome

I got an appointment via email in 24hrs. At the appointment everyone from the Reception to the Dentist were excellent and offered first class service. I can't fault anything during my visit. Dentist was very thorough and took his time to explain everything he was doing and the options available. He explained everything so clearly I had enough information to make a decision. Excellent Dental surgery and will HIGHLY recommend.
This is the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a Dentist. All procedures are explained clearly and patiently. The staff are friendly and highly expert, and they saved my tooth. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Mixed feelings about this one. Docs & Nurses here are nice, however follow up on treatment from hospital or external parties is not done, you can be off ya head on morphine and cant move, but you must call the doctors to ensure follow up when hospital have discharged you, never had this before in Oxfordshire This is twice now this has happened! Its concerning. You dont always get a call back either when calling to speak to the Doc. Reception! There are a cpl of proffessional, well mannered receptionists but there is 1 who thinks she is a doctor and tries to interrogate you on the phone, basically to be nosey. My review is for Victoria House not Alchester as a whole.
Brilliant experience everytime I have visited there. Excellent doctors, nurses and reception staff. Changed from other local surgery to here as so impressed.
Montgomery-House Surgery, Piggy Lane, Bicester OX26 6HT, UK – 01869 249222
I have nothing but praise for this surgery. All the staff, doctors and practice nurses I have had dealings with have been extremely helpful. Our youngest has recently been unwell and triage and the subsequent doctor we saw (the very same morning) was fantastic. Communication with the surgery was also excellent.

Been here a few times with the kids and they have been exceptional, reading some of the 1 star reviews is laughable. Tonsillitis isn't contagious, it's a GP appointment and you should never have gone to a walk in. If you have serious eye injury a walk in centre is not for you. If you have the know how to get to the nearest hospital then it can't be too hard for you to find the nearest opticians. The opticians will refer you to an eye hospital if it's that bad.
I can't rate this place highly enough. Took hubby as a walk in. He had a scratched cornea and bruised eye. We were seen quickly, the nurses were helpful and very friendly, giving great advice.

Another fantastic meal. A large group of us went for a retirement do and everyone commented on the delicious food, goid variety of choices on the menu, how attentive and friendly (without being over the top) staff were and what a great ambiance the restaurant had. Faultless.
From booking in, dining and even paying the bill, the most enjoyable experience with really lovely staff, a great atmosphere and amazing cuisine. Enters into my top recommendations for a perfect night out with amazing value. Very highly recommended 😊

Been here several times; always good. They usually have some offer or other one which makes it great value. Friendly staff, nice food, good atmosphere etc. The only downside is there are no draft beers..... minor point though!
I'm not overwhelmed by this place. Staff tried hard, helpful and almost over attentive. Chips come with a 'snow topping', so much sea salt. Spoiled good chips. Baked mushroom starter with a lake of very thin sauce, it tasted good so it probably just hadn't been cooked correctly. Might be good on other nights but I won't be rushing back to find out.

I eat here with my gran child of 18month last Friday lunchtime April 6th. We had the £1 children’s offer & a pizza for myself. Ella, our waitress was wonderful , we booked for noon & she had a table with a high chair all ready for us. Service was quick & helpful, crayons & colouring sheets were brought over. The meals were excellent; the childrens’ menu If a £1 had lots of choice & was enjoyed by my grandson. My classic pizza was also amazing. The restaurant was spotlessly clean & had plenty of space for pushchairs. We will be booking again for this Friday. Excellent restaurant in Bicester to bring a toddler. Our waitress Ella was considerate and helpful to the end of our visit. And we have a free drink for our next booking.
Menu is limited but adequate, food good quality and the restaurant is very nice. Not the cheapest place to eat but good value if you have Tescos voucher's. Watch out as they add a service charge to the bill, just ask and they will remove it.
